White Graduation Dresses? - off-white site

In my eighth year degree approach and not yet found a dress. The requirements are: do not know (know) have ivory, etc., have belts, and should tea length or floor length.

I have at all sites is generally recommended, Macy's, JCPenny, Sears, Nordstrom, etc. I was also in many places, but their wedding dresses have six weeks of shipping and I do not think that weather.

Has anyone (and if you, my savior) suggestions where to go? I really need help!
